When you arrive, we will provide all the materials you need, so there is no need to print anything at home. 💚

Then you are ready for a week filled with experiences, fun and holiday memories. 😄
For activities outside the holiday park, you will normally travel in your own car.
We will reimburse your travel expenses according to the current mileage rate of DKK 2.28 per kilometre.
We have chosen this solution to give families as much freedom and flexibility as possible during the holiday.
If you do not have access to a car, we will of course arrange a seat with one of the volunteers.
Reimbursement is paid after returning to the holiday park, and a mileage form must be completed.

Filskov Football Golf – 36 km return trip = DKK 82.08
Filskov Mini Zoo – 42 km return trip = DKK 95.76
Tinnetgaard – 24 km return trip = DKK 54.72
Give Sports Centre – 10 km return trip = DKK 22.80
You are responsible for arranging your own transport to and from the holiday stay.
Information about reimbursement of travel expenses will be provided after the holiday.
If you travel by public transport, please remember to keep all tickets and receipts.
All participants will receive a bed linen package upon arrival, containing:
1 guest towel
1 bath towel
1 set of bed linen
1 bed sheet
1 dishcloth
1 tea towel
(Additional tea towels can be borrowed from the tent. Used tea towels should be placed in the laundry bag in the tent.)
💚 Duvets and pillows are provided in the cabins.
At the end of the holiday, please leave the bed linen package in the cabin bathroom.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. All cabins have a kitchen.
We will also provide meals several times each day throughout the holiday stay.
Each family will receive a DKK 800 gift card for REMA 1000, which will be handed out on Sunday after the Holiday Hunt.
All costs for water, heating and electricity are covered by Dansk Folkehjælp.
Accidents can happen. The most important thing is that we are informed as soon as possible.
If damage occurs in the cabin, please contact the Holiday Leader immediately.
Photos of the damage must be taken.

Neither the holiday park nor Dansk Folkehjælp can be held responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
To protect personal information, Dansk Folkehjælp follows all applicable GDPR and data protection regulations.
Holiday leaders are required to delete applicant and participant information after the holiday stay.
Personal information is treated confidentially and will not be shared with unauthorised persons.
